Thanks for this... I think! I'm old to Linux but new to VICE. I just bought a dual-joystick-to-USB adapter and was not aware of how to set this up first via keypad and second via qjoypad. I haven't tried following these steps yet but right now I believe this is what I've been looking for.

Hi i have the super consolex2 pro with vic c64 emulator on it. Some c64 games like head over heals load fine and i can play them but i have batman the movie on it that i want to play and it gets to play on tape and wont load any further . Please do you have any suggestions

Before you replace the fluid pump, spin it with a pair of pliers until it spins freely, try it again, they often seize from putting them away wet, spinning it manually will free it up most of the time.

Great video. Although this didn't fix mine. The ground in my dash connector was loose, I cleaned it and placed a plastic wedge in the back of A8 and that fixed my issue. I used a straw from a brake cleaner can. I hope this helps someone.

I see they removed this feature and one can no longer manually enter dates.

If anyone goes through all of this almost perfectly and now your machine stops working entirely, open up the main center cover and make sure there aren’t two dangling connections that detached from the on/off switch! Just went through that and didn’t notice that I disconnected the power button supply when I was taking off the main center cover during the middle of changing the hose.
